About the Author
Nawsheen Hosenally is a change agent who is passionate about Agriculture, youth leadership and ICT for Development (ICT4D). She holds a BSc (Hons) in Agricultural Extension and is presently working in the field of ICT for Agriculture and Rural Development (ICT4ARD). She has more than 2 years of professional and volunteering experience in the area of Youth and Agriculture and has in the past worked on other social and development issues like HIV/AIDS, poverty, environment, woman empowerment, child empowerment and others. Nawsheen has a particular interest in social media and Web 2.0 for Development. She is a trained Social Reporter and the 1st prize winner of the Youth in Agriculture Blog competition (YoBloCo Awards) organized by the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation ACP-EU (CTA) in 2012.

This blog aims to raise awareness and share information on topics related to Agriculture, Youth & ICTs through the author's experiences. Visitors are highly encouraged to share their views/opinions by commenting on the different posts and their suggestions or queries can also be sent to nawsheen.hosenally@gmail.com.
